AUTHOR'S RIGHT
All images the client download to retouching service are free from copyright liabilities. We secure your images and guarantee the images you will send to us are fully protected. This means your images won’t be used for commercial purposes.
IMAGE USAGE
The photographs covered in these terms are presented as is. We are not responsible for the client’s utilization of these images. The site will not reimburse any damages the client might incur.
CONTENT
We reserves the right on our own to block images that it believes to be of malicious, pornographic, potentially harmful or illegal in nature, reserves the right to turn down photographs and images that it believes cannot be restored to a level of quality usable by the client. In these cases we refunds the amount paid by the client fully.
ARCHIVING PERIOD
Art Photo Line will make the results available for download for thirty (30) days period from the completion of the project. During this term the client may download the deliverables. It is the client’s responsibility to download the deliverables before the thirty (30) day archiving period expires. We are not responsible for images that have not been downloaded before the above-mentioned archiving period has expired.
REVISIONS
The client may use free revision option within ten (10) workdays after the deliverables have been posted if the client is not satisfied with the results. After ten (10) days period it is presumed that the deliverables have been accepted by the client successfully.
We offer 3 free revisions if revision instructions are not conflict with or deviate from the original instructions submitted with the order. Photo replacements are not accepted after the service has been delivered.
The revision request is considered a new order if more than ten (10) workdays have elapsed since the delivery date and the revisions don’t meet the above mentioned criteria.
PAYMENTS AND DELIVERY
Clients pay online when they place their photographs and images. We accept PayPal. Prices are quoted in EURO per one image of each category. Client will be informed if the category was chosen wrong and if pricing may be changed. Or the work will be done according to the chosen category. Average turnaround time is 48 hours during weekdays. You will be notified by email when your order is complete. We do not guarantee a 48-hour turnaround on weekends and holidays.
Client will have to pay for full advance work before starting work. Payment method is PayPal. Corporate clients can be extended credit, subject to satisfactory reference check. Any client with extended credit will have to sign an agreement sent by Art Photo Line and we also allow for repeated monthly payment options. Under this, clients pay monthly for all services rendered during that period. Art Photo Line reserves the right to cancel any extended credit payments to any client at any time.
REFUND POLICY CANCELLATION
The client may cancel an order. For cancellation the client should contact client center info@artphotoline.com. A refund can be done in case the work on the order hasn’t been started. In case you are not satisfied with the work you should contact us, and we will solve any problem with you by refunding or giving you free credit.
DATA SECURITY
The client is responsible for all activities that occur in its account, including activities of third parties to whom the client has provided the account information.
The client must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of the account or any other breach of security.
We are not obliged for any loss or damage arising from the client’s fault to provide such information or to keep the account information safe.
ACCOUNT TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend an account if it has been used in a way that infringes a rules and regulations of our website.
